A team from Katten represented private equity firm Shorehill Capital in the sale of Power Grid Components to Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, a private equity fund affiliated with Blackstone. Power Grid serves electric utilities, original equipment manufacturers and other customers with mission-critical products used on the US electric utility grid.
Leading the team in the sale was Kimberly Smith, partner and global chair of Katten's Corporate Department and Corporate partner Wade Glover.
