Joe represents clients in transactional matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and physician employment negotiations. He also counsels on regulatory compliance issues, including individual and facility licensure, medical staff credentialing and peer review, corporate practice of medicine, the Texas Public Information Act, and fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law and the False Claims Act.
