Jordan Feffer concentrates his practice on a variety of commercial finance matters.

Productive transactions support positive outcomes for both sides

Jordan's practice is focused on representing secured, second lien and mezzanine lenders in cash flow and asset-based credit facilities, often in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Jordan works with a variety of financial institutions serving the middle market across the country. Jordan helps his clients negotiate, draft and document their credit facilities based on deal size and market trends with an aim to benefit his clients as much as possible while still being acceptable to their client borrowers.

Jordan's goal is to streamline documentation of various financial transactions and maintain his clients' portfolios based on his experience and knowledge of cash flow lending and the middle market.

Previously, Jordan worked at a midsized firm in Chicago focusing on lending and a more general corporate practice.

While attending law school, Jordan was a student articles editor for Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. He also was the president of Decalogue Society and the treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
