Katten and Rock Trade Law had their latest joint advisory, "BIS Identifies First Foreign-Produced Commercial Aircraft Exported to Russia in Apparent Violation of US Export Controls," republished by several outlets including Airline Economics Online, AVIATOR, Cirium, Lexology and Mondaq. The advisory details the US Commerce Department's updated list of aircraft that have flown into Russia or Belarus in apparent violation of Export Administration Regulations by adding the first 25 foreign-produced aircraft that the BIS has identified as apparently violating the EAR's de minimis threshold for US components.
