A Katten team led by Capital Markets Partner Vlad Bulkin represented SLR Investment Corp. as issuer in the launch of its inaugural at-the-market offering for up to $150 million of shares of common stock. SLR Investment Corp. is a closed-end, externally managed, non-diversified management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company.
