Three Katten partners were selected to serve on Law360 editorial boards for private equity, health care and Texas. For the second consecutive year, partner Kimberly Smith has joined the Private Equity Editorial Advisory Board. Kimberly, global chair of the Corporate Department, was selected in part because of her extensive experience representing private equity funds, family offices and independent sponsors in leveraged buyouts and other strategic acquisitions, sale transactions, joint ventures and other investments across multiple industries.
Corporate partner Mark Solomon is serving on the Texas Editorial Advisory Board. Mark is managing partner of the Dallas office, which is among the fastest-growing firms in the city. In his practice, Mark advises private equity firms and public and private companies in M&A transactions, securities offerings and joint ventures.
Health Care partner Ramana Rameswaran is serving on the Health Care Editorial Advisory Board and was selected in part because of his experience with the CARES Act, counseling clients on M&A transactions and joint ventures and providing guidance on regulatory issues related to state and federal fraud, telehealth, operations, provider reimbursement and clinical trials.
The editorial advisory board members provide feedback on Law360's coverage and insight on shaping future coverage plans.
