Law360 recently spoke with Neil Robson, Financial Markets and Funds partner, regarding the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero's announcement that its global coalition members of financial services firms will commit more than $130 trillion of private capital to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Neil noted that now the real work begins. "[Finance firms] will be concerned as to what these commitments actually mean and what they will actually have to do to both publish their plans on how to transition to net-zero and, fundamentally, how they will actually achieve that."
