Mark Solomon, Dallas managing partner, was honored as a Hall of Fame member of the annual list of D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas.
D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas includes the top attorneys in the region as nominated by members of the North Texas legal community and reviewed by a select panel of attorneys and editorial staff. An attorney must be featured on the Best Lawyers list at least 15 times to qualify for Hall of Fame inclusion.
D Magazine noted that Mark is adept at "overcoming roadblocks for private equity firms and business owners." He can also call on his more than "40 years of experience in M&A negotiations, securing optimal pricing and terms and offers a personal touch on all matters."
