A broad perspective from a background of experience

Michelle advises clients on business succession planning, family wealth preservation, and estate and trust administration. Before practicing law, Michelle had a significant career in nonprofit fundraising. Her prior experience in nonprofit management provides her clients with a dual perspective for their charitable endeavors.

During law school, Michelle represented individual clients through the Low-Income Tax Clinic and small businesses and nonprofits through the Business Tax Practicum. She completed the Taxation Law Concentration and competed in moot court. She also served as a judicial extern for Special Trial Judge Eunkyong Choi of the United States Tax Court.
