Citywealth spotlighted Private Wealth partner Ronni Davidowitz in a Q&A with women it shortlisted for its 2023 Powerwomen Awards.
On maximizing the potential of women in wealth, Ronni discussed Katten's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and noted the efforts of the Women's Leadership Forum (WLF). She noted the WLF provides a platform for her to help women at the firm better position themselves for success in the legal field.
For those starting out in private wealth, Ronni's advice is first to get a grounding in the law, then set five-year goals. This approach, she said, "sets attorneys up for success by identifying aspirations and giving themselves a reasonable period of time to achieve those goals. Such a measured, thoughtful approach is a good way to put together an action plan and take ownership of one's own career path."
