Sean Wooden, Intellectual Property partner, was profiled in Texas Lawyer regarding his recent departure from Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP to join Katten's Washington, DC, office. He follows a group of seven other former Andrews Kurth partners who departed in February to open an office in Dallas for Katten. Sean said he has developed a "great friendship" with the Dallas corporate group, and wants to continue to practice with them, and believes Katten is a "great place" to build his practice. Mark Solomon, Katten's Dallas office managing partner, said, "There is not one of our clients that doesn't rely on Sean for intellectual property advice all the time."
