The Texas Lawbook featured Katten's "phenomenal growth" in being among the firms that increased headcount, in Katten's case, by 31.4 percent. In adding 16 Dallas attorneys in 2022, Katten ranked 3rd in headcount growth out of the 50 largest corporate law firms operating in Texas. Notably, partner Kevin Keen joined the firm to help establish Private Wealth as a significant new client offering in North Texas.
Expanding its presence in North Texas with a group of seven corporate partners in 2018, Katten now has 65 highly skilled attorneys practicing in various areas, including private equity, M&A, healthcare, white collar, insolvency and restructuring, real estate, corporate, private wealth and litigation.
