Gil Soffer, national co-chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, will serve as a panelist on the session titled, "The Yates Memo and its Impact on Internal Investigations, Self-Reporting Decisions and the Attorney Client Privilege" during the American Bar Association's Eleventh Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud conference at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12.
