A comprehensive approach

Tony is a registered patent attorney with broad intellectual property experience, including patent prosecution before US and international patent offices; patent, copyright and contract litigation before US district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC) and foreign courts; appeals to the Federal Circuit; and strategic counseling, due diligence and opinions.

Previously, Tony prosecuted numerous federal crimes before judges, juries and administrative boards while serving in the US Marine Corps, where he also served as an infantry and psychological operations officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom. As an engineer for a worldwide leading supplier of nuclear technology, Tony managed the design and fabrication oversight of the reactor vessel and steam generator products for new nuclear power plants, participated directly in the negotiation of nuclear regulatory matters, and provided technology transfer training to nuclear power companies.

Tony earned graduate degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering and conducted research focused on thermal management in microelectronic devices, photonic metrology, nanotechnology and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). He also holds undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering and geology.
