Financial Markets Litigation and Enforcement partners Christian Kemnitz and Brian Poronsky and Financial Markets and Funds special counsel Gary DeWaal will join exchange regulatory leaders from CME Group, ICE Futures U.S. and Cboe Futures to discuss the latest developments regarding disruptive trading (including spoofing), wash trades, pre-arranged trades and other trade practice offenses as well as block trades and EFRPs, and how most effectively to deal with exchange and CFTC inquiries. The recently released CFTC proposed position limit rules will also be briefly discussed.
