An accomplished trial lawyer, Trevor routinely defends clients in claims arising under federal securities laws, shareholder derivative actions, and government and internal investigations. He is known for adeptly litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal court.

In addition to his core practice areas, he maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a variety of immigration matters before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the federal courts.

Before joining the firm, Trevor clerked for the Honorable Irene Berger, Judge of the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
