Dallas Corporate associate Weston Love was recognized as "National Volunteer of the Month" by the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas (HRI), a nonprofit that provides free legal assistance and social services to refugees and immigrants who are victims of human rights abuses. HRI described Weston as kind and attentive to the individuals he serves through the organization.
"He is highly responsive and a true delight to work with for our staff," said Layne Faulkner, volunteer director of HRI. "He always reaches out to see if he can take another case, a wonderful gift to us as his extensive experience ensures successful outcomes."
Weston handled his first case with HRI in early February 2019.
Weston said, "HRI does extremely important work that has a direct and powerful impact on those in the community that HRI serves. HRI changes lives and contributing to that effort is both enriching and rewarding."
