Winter Real Estate Private Funds

Three Katten attorneys will participate in the IMN's Winter Real Estate Private Funds event, of which Katten will also serve as a sponsor. On Wednesday, January 21, Real Estate Senior Counsel Alvin Katz will moderate "Scale, Strategy, and Scrutiny: The Big Fund Playbook" at 10:00 a.m. On Thursday, January 22, Affordable Housing and Community Development Partner and Co-Chair Glenn Miller will speak on the "Digital Infrastructure: Data Centers and the Tech-Enabled Economy" panel at 2:15 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. on January 22, Real Estate Partner Brian Spangler will moderate "Unlocking Capital Through Net Leasing and Sale-Leaseback Strategies." The event will include 2.5 days of curated content, meaningful connections and strategic collaboration from industry leaders.
