Chicago Real Estate partner Kenneth Jacobson will serve as a panelist during a session of the Working Group on Legal Opinions (WGLO) entitled, "A National Opinion Practice: How Far We Have Come and Next Steps" on October 30, 2018. The session will focus on reviewing the legal developments in the last 20 years regarding a national opinion practice, including how far legal opinion practice has come and next steps.
The chair of the panel was Andrew Kauffman from Kirkland & Ellis, LLP. In addition to Kenneth, other panelists included Allen Robertson from Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., Philip Schwartz from Akerman LLP, and Steven Weise from Proskauer Rose LLP.
