2020 1L LCLD Diversity Scholars Program

Katten is a proud member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners whose mission it is to advance diversity in the legal profession. First-year law students, who will be rising second- year law students in the summer of 2020, are welcome to apply to Katten’s 2020 Summer Associate Program as a 1L LCLD Diversity Scholar in the Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, DC offices.

Additionally, Scholars will have numerous networking and mentoring opportunities organized by Katten and LCLD, including the opportunity to attend the LCLD Scholars Summit.

We are seeking students who have excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical and writing skills, relevant work and leadership experience, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
