Managing Partner of Katten's California Offices Christine Noelle Fitzgerald, Real Estate, has been selected as one of the Los Angeles Business Journal's (LABJ) "Top 100 Lawyers of Los Angeles (LA) for 2026." The list honors leading firm-attorneys whose practices are shaping business in the LA region and who are elevating their profession through mentorship and service.
Christine, who was recently also recognized in the "2026 Banking & Finance Visionaries" section in the LA Times and now serves on the Law360 California Editorial Advisory Board, concentrates her practice in real estate finance. She is experienced in syndicated, securitized, mezzanine, ground lease, hospitality and construction lending and borrowing, intercreditor arrangements, participations, whole and portfolio loan sales, "loan on loan" secured financing transactions, workouts (including loan modifications and restructurings, forbearance agreements, reservation of rights and discounted payoff agreements), foreclosures, loan restructurings and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, as well as acquisition, disposition and development of real estate assets, joint venture transactions and preferred equity.
In addition, Christine is actively involved in numerous community organizations, including the LA Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, the American Bar Association, the LA County Bar Association and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association.
