Floyd Mandell, Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, has been recognized as one of Law360’s "10 Most Admired Intellectual Property Attorneys." Mr. Mandell was selected by his peers at other law firms as well as by corporate counsel for his "strategy, vision, knowledge of intellectual property matters and passion for advocacy."

Law360 invited readers to nominate attorneys they admire to be profiled in its "Most Admired" series, and asked them the following questions: "Is there an attorney you’ve argued against in court who you respect—or whose briefs you fear? What about a lawyer whose views on the latest hot-button issues you eagerly seek out? Or a former classmate who is practicing the law in novel ways?" Survey participants were not permitted to nominate attorneys from their own firms and submissions from public relations and marketing professionals were not considered. Separately, Law360 sought nominations from practice group heads at the 100 largest law firms in the United States. In total, over one thousand nominations were received.

"We are proud to have Floyd as a leader of our Intellectual Property Practice," said National Managing Partner Vincent A. F. Sergi. "He brings not only a deep knowledge of the law, but also a professionalism and respect for others that is everything we look for in a partner." For his part, Mr. Mandell says that the best part of his job is the people he has worked with and the contributions he has made to his clients and to others’ careers.
