S. Scott Morrison, a partner in the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, was quoted in an article in The Washington Post on the construction of the Plaza Residences, a high-rise condominium in downtown Columbia, MD. In the article, Mr. Morrison responded to a resident’s request that the case should be returned to the county’s Board of Appeals for reconsideration. “We view Broida’s motion as another delay tactic without any substantive basis,” said Morrison.
