About Brandon A. Bucio

Brandon Bucio advises clients in corporate finance transactions ranging from multibillion-dollar public securities offerings to Rule 144A offerings to discrete private placements. He represents clients in connection with tender offers and proxy contests. He helps advise clients on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and disclosure obligations, as well as other corporate and compliance matters.

Assisting clients in fulfilling their business goals

Brandon also represents corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, cryptoassets and blockchain technology.

During law school, Brandon was a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as a legal intern with a Fortune Global 500 financial company, as well as an associate intern in the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
