Government and Public Finance partner Chad Doobay was elected as a Fellow to the American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC). Founded in 1995, the ACBC recognizes attorneys for their skill, experience and have high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of bond law. Chad regularly serves as bond, borrower’s and underwriter's counsel on financings that benefit health systems, educational institutions, continuing care retirement communities, cultural facilities, municipalities and transportation agencies throughout the United States.
Membership is highly selective and admission as a fellow celebrates the attorney's reputation among their peers, accomplishments and deep municipal bond law experience. Chad stated, "I am grateful each day for the opportunity to work in a field that supports governmental and nonprofit organizations as they provide vital services to the public. I am thrilled to continue this work as an ACBC Fellow and to help my clients carry out their important missions."
