Christopher Stetler, a White Collar and Internal Investigations partner and former Assistant United States Attorney, spoke with Bloomberg Law on recent comments from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to address concerns about large amounts of data by collecting less evidence. Chris suggests that the guidance could preemptively limit important evidence. He stated, "[A nationwide directive] has the risk of encouraging investigations that are not thorough, and sometimes that means not finding exculpatory information."
