Citywealth named national chair of Katten’s Private Wealth practice, Joshua Rubenstein, head of the Private Wealth practice in New York, Ronni Davidowitz, and Private Wealth partner Bonnie Lynn Chmil to a list of the top 100 trust litigators and polymaths. Bonnie was also included among Citywealth’s list of the Top 10 Powerwomen Trust Litigators.

In order to create the list, Citywealth conducted research over several months focusing on answering the question, “who has impressed you most during current or past litigations?” Josh, Ronni and Bonnie are featured among a list of peer recommended litigators who, according to Citywealth, have “negotiated with the toughest opponents, through the hardest circumstances and with very little on their side but brains, lateral thinking and a will to win.”

Josh, Ronni, Bonnie and other attorneys on the list were considered based on the quality of their advice and their communication and interpersonal skills. Other information provided about each attorney included a general profile of their practice and company, the average size of their client base and peer and client reviews.

Clients and peers described Bonnie as “thoughtful, understanding, practical and realistic” in solving their wishes, Josh as one of the most “brilliant, ethical and hardworking private client lawyers” whose “knowledge of the law and estate best practice is second to none,” and Ronni as “an amazingly gifted lawyer” whose “attention to detail and kind demeanor only serve to strengthen her formidable skills.”
