Article examines the federal government's significant distribution of funds to address the COVID-19 pandemic and continuing deployment of substantial resources to investigate and prosecute the improper use of those funds, such as the Department of Justice's COVID-19 Task Force. In particular, the article describes the current trends in the government's enforcement efforts and identify additional areas the government may pursue.
