In a Q&A in WILS Connect, Health Care Associate Erica Youngerman shares details about her background, practice representing health care entities, and her involvement in the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

Erica noted that she joined the WILS (Women in Law Section) because of its diverse group of members who support one another personally and professionally. Asked about wellbeing tips, Erica said, "Truly prioritize your well-being and utilize the resources available to you from your employers, bar associations and communities." She added that she is fortunate to be at a firm that prioritizes wellbeing in all areas, offering remote flexibility, mentorship and training, a "Well-Being 360" program, and an annual wellbeing stipend.

The special health issue also features three articles penned by Erica, including a Q&A with a doctor about breast cancer screenings, a Q&A with a breast cancer survivor and a recap of the section's "Women on the Move" CLE, which featured among others, Erica, Financial Markets and Funds Partner Wendy E. Cohen, who is managing partner of the firm's New York office, and Partner Kate Ulrich Saracene, chair of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and co-chair of Katten's Well-Being Committee.
