Erica advises clients from the beginning to end of health care transactions, including coordinating and conducting health care regulatory as well as corporate and other due diligence and drafting purchase agreements, management services agreements, professional services agreements and other transaction documents. In addition, Erica advises clients on more pure regulatory analyses, including with respect to the Stark law, Anti-Kickback Statute, state corporate practice of medicine and licensure laws and a myriad of other regulations affecting the health care industry.
