Financial Markets and Funds Senior Counsel Gary DeWaal will speak on the "Case Study: Navigating Bitcoins and Other Virtual Currencies in ERISA Plan Investments" panel discussion at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19. The panel will use a case study to review the basics of virtual currencies and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) issues raised when an ERISA plan invests in such currencies.
