On Monday, March 30, Intellectual Property Partner and Trademark/Copyright/Privacy National Co-Chair Karen Artz Ash will be presenting alongside transactional attorneys from other law firms during the panel, "Fashion, Beauty, and Retail at Leading Law Firms," hosted by the Fashion Law Society at the New York University (NYU) School of Law.
The panelists will discuss what led them to a career in law, how their practices intersect with the fashion, beauty and retail industries, the legal trends and emerging issues shaping today's fashion industry, and how traditional practice groups, such as corporate and intellectual property, address the needs of fashion companies.
