Farzad was selected for his cross-border experience related to capital markets and detailed knowledge of securities law compliance, advising public companies, boards and officers on corporate governance and public offerings.

Litigation Partner and Deputy General Counsel David Halberstadter was tapped to serve for a second term on the Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board. David was selected in part for his reputation among leading entertainment companies as a skilled litigator. He represents motion picture studios, production companies, television networks and new media companies in cases covering all aspects of developing, financing, producing and distributing entertainment content.

For the second consecutive year, Corporate Partner and Deputy General Counsel Christina Grigorian has joined the Banking Editorial Advisory Board. Christina was tapped to serve on the board for her comprehensive understanding of the broader consumer and commercial credit market as well as her extensive experience representing banks, bank holding companies, state-licensed consumer and commercial lenders, and providers of capital to consumer and commercial lending businesses (including those that offer their products and services on a "fintech" platform).

Intellectual Property Partner and Department Chair Deepro Mukerjee was named to the Intellectual Property Editorial Advisory Board. Deepro was selected due to his prowess in patent trials over his career of more than 20 years, representing multibillion-dollar corporations and some of the largest generic pharmaceutical companies in the world in high-stakes litigations.

Private Equity Partner and Corporate Department Global Chair Kimberly Smith has joined the Private Equity Editorial Advisory Board, where she has served multiple times over the past several years. Kimberly was selected because of her extensive experience representing private equity funds, family offices and independent sponsors in leveraged buyouts and other strategic acquisitions, sale transactions, joint ventures and other investments across multiple industries.
