  3. Korea Exchange has notified market participants that, as of July 1, 2020, the KRX 300 index is deemed a narrow-based security index, and as such, futures on the KRX 300 index are now available for trading by U.S. Eligible Institutions only in accordance with applicable requirements of both the SEC and the CFTC.
  7. National Stock Exchange of India has notified the SEC of its intent to rely on the applicable class no-action relief for foreign options markets and their members that engage in familiarization activities with respect to eligible options. National Stock Exchange of India has specified the following as eligible options: (i) the Nifty 50 options contract; and (ii) the Nifty Bank options contract.
  8. In addition, Taiwan Futures Exchange has notified market participants that, as of April 1, 2021, the Taipei Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index (TAIEX) is deemed a narrow-based security index, and as such, futures and mini futures on the TAIEX are now available for trading by U.S. Eligible Institutions only in accordance with applicable requirements of both the SEC and the CFTC.
