As a former assistant attorney general for the State of New York, Gabriel understands what the stakes are for his clients and is adept at anticipating the moves of opposing counsel. He has particular experience within the financial services industry, counseling hedge funds and investment managers in investment-related disputes. Gabriel also helps clients navigate investigations and enforcement actions from a variety of government agencies, including the US Attorneys' Offices and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
