Intellectual Property partner Michael Justus will host the INTA Annual Meeting New York Mini-Conference and participate in a number of virtual and in-person panels on Tuesday, November 16.
He will serve as emcee, moderator, and Project Team member at the INTA Annual Meeting New York Mini-Conference, the first in-person INTA Annual Meeting event in two years. Beginning at 9:00 a.m., the mini-conference will include discussions focused on brands from a business perspective, including topics such as sustainability and DEI, and will provide strategies to help attendees stay ahead of trends and changes in the field.
At 12:00 p.m. (ET) he will also moderate "The Holistic Brand Lawyer: Stretching Your Practice Beyond Trademarks," a virtual session that will touch upon significant recent developments in advertising and privacy law and other trademark-adjacent areas in the United States and South America.
