IRMS 33rd Annual Risk Managers' Meeting

Health Care Partner Michael Callahan will present the "Maximizing Your State and Federal Peer Review Protections in a Clinically Integrated Provider Network" session at the Illinois Risk Management Services (IRMS) 33rd Annual Risk Managers' Meeting on Thursday, October 5 at 9:45 a.m. The presentation will compare the privilege protections provided under the Illinois Medical Studies and the federal Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act as applied to quality, peer review and risk information generated within a hospital, physician practice group and other health care settings.
