About Julia B. Mosse

A skilled and versatile litigator across jurisdictions, Julia Mosse represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including in the areas of commercial contracts, financial services, energy, securities, commodities, bankruptcy, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts. Julia has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels and before various domestic and international arbitral tribunals.

Clients, including individuals, companies, and state-owned entities, count on Julia to counsel them and advance their interests in all phases of the dispute process — from pre-litigation strategy, through motion practice and discovery, trial, judgment enforcement and appeals. Whether a matter is resolved out of court or proceeds to trial, Julia's focus remains on providing efficient and effective service to her clients.

Julia also represents clients in connection with internal investigations and investigations and proceedings conducted by government and regulatory agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), and exchanges, including CME.

Julia maintains an active pro bono practice. The Legal Aid Society has recognized her twice with its Pro Bono Publico Award.
