The second edition of the rankings is intended to provide a thorough overview of the leading law firms and practitioners in the United Kingdom’s trademark industry, distinguished between non-contentious work, such as trademark filing, prosecution and strategy, and contentious work, such as trademark litigation and dispute resolution. The WIPR 2025 rankings also reflect developments over the past year that have dynamically shifted the UK trademark landscape, including the lingering effects of Brexit as well as the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and related IP issues.
