Katten Attorneys Recognized as Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting

Partners Karen Artz Ash and Mark Farley, along with associate Devon Downs, have been named to BTI Client Service All-Stars 2019 list. This recognition honors "the individuals able to stand out in the sea of legal services providers to represent the cream of the crop" as nominated by corporate counsel. Each year, BTI reaches out to top legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. What makes the achievement special is that BTI's goal each year is to be objective and transparent in its rankings. Corporate legal decision makers single out each All-Star attorney—by name and in an unprompted manner—as delivering the absolute best client service. Attorneys and firms cannot self-nominate or self-refer. Only 335 attorneys nationwide received this recognition, and Devon was one of only two associates in the United States honored by BTI.
