(LOS ANGELES) Katten announced today that three of the firm’s attorneys have been selected to the 2020 Southern California Rising Stars list. Named to the list were Litigation partner Andrew J. Demko, Litigation special counsel Meegan Maczek and Private Wealth associate Leor Hafuta.
Demko, who helps companies in high-stakes customer disputes, has litigated hundreds of class and individual actions against financial services providers, banks and companies selling packaged foods and consumer products. Maczek represents landlords, banks, technology companies and employers in commercial litigation in state and federal court in class, mass and individual actions. Hafuta, who holds a CPA license and LLM in taxation, prepares individual and family estate plans in the most tax-efficient manner.
