(CHICAGO) Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that Litigation and Dispute Resolution partner Sheldon T. Zenner was nominated by corporate counsel to the BTI Consulting Group's BTI Client Service All-Stars 2016, which acknowledged approximately 100 litigators nationwide for delivering exceptional client service.

Zenner focuses his practice on white collar and civil litigation where he represents corporations and executives around the world in financial services, antitrust, securities, health care, customs, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), education, fraud and tax matters. He also counsels boards of directors and companies on compliance and corporate governance issues and represents companies and executives in both internal and external criminal and civil investigations and ancillary lawsuits.

With vast experience working with federal and state prosecutors, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory agencies, Zenner founded Katten's White Collar, Investigations and Compliance practice and has since expanded the team to include former federal prosecutors and numerous other experienced white collar defense attorneys.
