Missy's experience enables her to draft and negotiate each contract with a perspective toward accomplishing client goals while also identifying any problems that need to be resolved to avoid or mitigate risks. Working with contracts of all sizes and types, she can craft the necessary documents to make each transaction move forward successfully. Behind the scenes, Missy will discuss discrete issues with subject matter experts, including antitrust, intellectual property, tax, labor and employment, regulatory, data privacy and litigation to ensure all appropriate issues are considered. Missy strives to provide clients with a seamless contracting experience.

Missy's background as in-house counsel allows her to come up with timely and creative solutions to a wide variety of complex contractual issues to facilitate her client's ultimate goal of getting deals done. Missy takes a collaborative approach with business representatives, counterparties and in-house and outside counsel to ensure that her client’s reputation with the counterparty is maintained if not strengthened.

Missy also enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as an announcer for the Mutton Bustin' Committee.
