Corporate associate Ashley Francois, Health Care partner Ken Davis, and IP partner Sean Wooden and associate Jeremy Merkel will present "Legal Consideration When Using Artificial Intelligence: Health Care as a Case Study" at the virtual ORCHSE Strategies meeting on Tuesday, October 26. They will discuss how new technologies are being integrated into our society and our workplaces, including safety and health systems, and how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an important part of nearly all of the new technologies. Using the health care sector as a means to illustrate potential vulnerabilities, the panel will cover potential deal breakers such as statutory and regulatory requirements, ethical issues, antitrust issues, and employment and labor law considerations.
