Michael Callahan, of counsel with Katten's Health Care team, will present the "Protecting Your PSWP During a CMS Survey" webinar on Wednesday, January 22 at noon CT. Michael will discuss the collaborative efforts of CMS Region 6, The Federation of American Hospitals, the Texas Hospital Association, the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council and the New Mexico Hospital Association to address Patient Safety Work Product (PSWP) protections when undergoing CMS surveys.
