Securities Litigation Partner Sarah Eichenberger was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, or less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

According to the LCA, "Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation." Known for its commitment to excellence and diversity, the LCA maintains highly selective criteria, focusing on qualifications, diversity and inclusion, and alignment with recognition of excellence in litigation across all segments of the bar. LCA Fellows represent the highest standards among American litigation and trial counsel.

With over a decade of experience representing public companies, officers, directors and financial institutions, Sarah is a seasoned securities litigator with a strong track record in highstakes matters. She is known for providing practical, strategic counsel as she guides clients through securities class actions, derivative suits, internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and postmerger litigation. Sarah attended Dartmouth College, from which she graduated summa cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law.
