National Real Estate Department Chair Tim Little has been recognized among City & State New York's 2025 Responsible 100, a list that awards New Yorkers with a shared commitment to making the world a better place. As noted in City & State’s announcement, the honorees "exemplify what it means to be socially responsible — through community engagement and volunteerism, ethics and transparency, philanthropy and charity."

In his honoree profile, Tim detailed his role at Katten, which entails "conducting [his] own real estate practice while setting, implementing and monitoring strategy for the 80 lawyers" in the department. He shared that he values "the challenge of building consensus among highly motivated but opinionated and strong-willed individuals," and emphasized that "it takes genuine back and forth and achieving buy-in from people who share your objectives but may differ on how best to achieve them."

Tim also shared what social responsibility means to him, stating that he seeks out opportunities to utilize his "acquired skills to promote worthy causes," and brings the same skills that he leverages for paying clients to "help other organizations achieve their objectives to create positive social impact."
