In articles covering litigation over a housing project, the Washington Post and The Wash spoke with Real Estate Litigation partner Scott Morrison about redeveloping a former George Washington University dormitory called the Aston. Scott discussed concerns his clients have that the facility, slated to become a homeless shelter, runs afoul of the District's zoning laws, could negatively impact public safety and hurt the neighborhood economy.
