Asia N. Archey Riddick advises institutional lenders and developers in a variety of real estate transactions involving commercial multifamily assets. Asia also guides clients through a broad spectrum of construction and permanent financing, restructuring and acquisition transactions.

Passionate advocacy and creativity in finding solutions

Asia appreciates the importance of providing clients with responsive and timely service, and embraces her role in helping clients find effective solutions to complex challenges. This extends to all aspects of her practice, including her work in the affordable housing space. Asia brings a depth of knowledge regarding affordable housing in New York, including experience working for both New York City and State housing bond issuers, where she was involved in structuring the financing for multifamily projects using 9 percent and 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, State Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, taxable bonds, tax-exempt bonds and other supplemental sources of financing. Asia has also represented lenders in connection with the financing of multifamily properties located throughout the United States through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) and the Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer loan programs.
