Employment counsel should complement a company's culture and brand

Brigitte handles the full range of employment law issues from day-to-day queries to tribunal litigation, commercial transactions and data privacy. Her clients come from a wide range of industries, including TV production, hospitality and leisure, but predominantly regulated financial services. She enjoys advising her clients not just on the law, but on the impact that their application of the law will have on employees, their colleagues and their company brand. This includes guidance on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, sustainability and corporate governance.

Brigitte also encourages clients to consider what motivates someone to pursue a claim and how it impacts the wider workforce. Other considerations are the effect on a company's reputation as an employer, overall employee productivity and incentivization.
